Great salon and yoga studio. I preferred the old downtown location but that has closed. Sometimes hard to schedule appointments. Though if you are able to get an appointment, the practitioners are nice.

I've frequent the place a good number of years and to be honest I will likely go back but it'll be a bit after I get over my frustrations. I've purchased clothing , massages, gift cards. And I wanted to do a pedicure for a wedding this weekend. My nails are bad due to trauma as a youth. Made a call to schedule something to see if they could take a look to see what they could offer and the lady place me on hold for 10 minutes. I might add I never had a unpleasant visit before but because I was stepping out my comfort zone it was a big deal for myself. At the very least after a couple of minutes she could have excuse herself and taken my number or simply asked me to call in a few minutes. My opinion is they have a very good business there and besides this one time excellent staff that cares about what they do. But sometimes you have to take accountability for poor customer service and admit it instead of making excuses. My apologies for the poor grammar.

New to town and friend recommended B & S salon. Asked for a stylist for my daughter that was familiar with cutting short hair. Was given Jeni. She was unfriendly and unskilled. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Had side by side massages for Valentine's day! Relaxing, stress melting and therapeutic. Then they treated us with champagne and chocolates! Delightful!

Super impressed with the service and staff at Body and Soul. Today I treated myself to a 60 min massage and 30 min facial. Brooke was absolutely amazing! By far one of the best massages I have ever had. I feel so refreshed. I also got a pedicure with Colleen. She was just as great and very gentle. The 2 hour drive from Madison, WI was definitely worth it. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I have had quite a few massages. Randi did a superb treatment. Best I have EVER had. The 3-hour drive is worth it for my health!
