They did an amazing job on my pup and were very understanding of her situation! Thanks for making my pup feel loved! She will be going somewhere out of state this summer because of my summer job but I can’t wait to be able to take her back in the fall!

If I could rate Fur any higher on this 5 star rating I would. Niki and Omar went above and beyond today to care for Lily. If you want your pet well cared for and beautifully groomed I recommend highly. Thanks again to you both!??

My husband and I recently “adopted” my parents toy poodle. They both passed away this summer and though we lost family, we gained a new “addition” to our family. They lived out of state so we were tasked with finding a new groomer. We had her groomed the last time we were in that state so we bought ourselves a little time. I work in a busy doctors office with many pup lovers. I asked around for recommendations, because this little monkey was my moms pride and joy and I only wanted the best. I received a few recommendations from trusted friends, but was cautioned about how difficult it is to get on the clientele list for groomers in the Dubuque area. I reached out to a few, scoured websites for pictures, and read as many reviews as I could. I never heard back from some of the ones I reached out to. However, within less than a hour of leaving a message at F.U.R on 14th I received communication back from them! Nikki gave the information I needed and we were able to get our little pup in THE VERY NEXT DAY! I expected to have a long wait…but they were fabulous! My husband, who is tough to please, was immediately impressed with them when he dropped our pup off. He even texted photos to me of her as soon as he picked her up! This is a guy who for 20 years of marriage has said he never wanted a doggie. (He was only willing to adopt her out of his great respect for my parents.). He was very pleased, and proud, of how nice she looked! I can not say enough wonderful things about F.U.R on 14th! Except, if you take your pup here, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Great job Nikki and Omar! Looking forward to many years of working with y’all!

The staff at Fur on 14th always takes such great care of our girl! They know her temperament and how to make her feel comfortable. They always do an amazing job at keeping our girl clean and looking and feeling her best. They really get to know your fur babies. They noticed a lump on our girl before we did and let us know right away.

Ruined our trip! They never showed up to board our dogs when they said they would be there. Didn't answer calls or text. Had to cancel non refundable hotel rooms and tickets. We are out more than $500 and didn't get to take our first trip without our new baby. This was such a disappointment. Zero stars and a 100 booooo's!

Took our 3 dogs there. Loved first cuts. Unfortunately for the owner next appointment she was all alone and wasn’t able to take the time for all the dogs that. Very friendly. I had stopped to have someone come to our home. Big mistake. They need grooming and hope she takes us back

I recently boarded my friends 2 dogs at The Paws Mahal Pet Spa while her husband was undergoing cancer treatment in Rochester. Nikki was very quick to respond to our need on short notice. Their stay was a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs they care for.The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment. It was comforting to know that Tucker and Remi had ample space to exercise and socialize with other dogs.During Remi and Tucker's stay, the staff kept me updated with pictures and messages, which was a thoughtful touch and put our minds at ease. It was evident that they took the time to get to know Remi and Tucker's personalities.I would definitely recommend The Paws Mahal Pet Spa to fellow pet owners looking for a reliable and caring place to board their furry companions. I will definitely return for future boarding needs. Thank you for taking good care of Tucker and Remi!
