I called the lady before making my appointment to see how well they work with asian hair. She said she knew how. She lied. She didn't know. What made it even worse was that when I tried to tell her what I wanted she didn't listen and just did what she wanted to. I asked her to remove only a half of an inch and she was cutting pieces that were a couple inches long! Now my hair is all messed up and I am going to have to pay for another hair cut in order to fix the terrible job that Hairport provided me with. If you want to waste your money and get your hair ruined go here. Otherwise find another place.
