The service was great. Really nice and clean and organized inside.. very attentive staff and was super nice. Also cheaper than other vape stores I've been to in Dubuque. Awesome vibe and VERY good service. I will be continuing my future purchases exclusively at the GREAT VAPE!!!!

Holly has been very helpful, she knows her product and is very friendly. She helped me buy my first vape, she made sure I knew how to use it and answered all questions I had. She really makes you feel welcome when you come in. I will continue to come back to this store specifically because how genuine they are.

Friendly clerk helped me find an alternate to my normal brand while traveling. Reasonbly priced. Clean and well stocked. Parking in the rear.
