Let's talk customer service ... specifically at the customer service / return area. There were three employees working behind the counter, there was pile of clothes off to the side, two customers were being helped then two people ahead of us in line - not a big deal. The first two customers left then one of the employees left the area, employee #2 was on the phone and employee #3 was trying to start helping a customer when employee #2 who was on the phone swatted her away from the register, this happened three times. Finally, the helpful employee #3 who was trying to help gave up and walked away - employee #2 was STILL on the phone. When she finally got off the phone, there were two people still ahead of us and now five behind - but only ONE employee. That one employee (the one that was on the phone) then proceeds to make the customers wait while she starts VERY SLOWLY hanging up the pile of clothing that was off to the side. Finally, 1/2 way through her pile she decided to help the two people ahead of us - when they leave she goes back to hanging the clothes. Doesn't even acknowledge or speak to the line of customers. Wish I could say that was the first time this has happened but ... NO. So frustrating --- maybe some customer service training is needed for these young high school or college aged employees that man your customer service desk.
