Steve Buchheit and his team provided excellent customer/client service with above and beyond attention to detail. Steve offered to work on our request after hours and/or the weekend if necessary as timing was of the essence. I would definitely give a five star rating! Thanks for being there?

I have been with State Farm for many years and I have never had a bad experience. I always have comfort in knowing that they are actually there for me to help with my insurance questions or concerns. Michelle has always been above and beyond helpful and I am very grateful for her and her patience and willingness to help me no matter how random my questions may be. ? Been with Steve for a couple years now and I STRONGLY recommend his services to anyone looking for insurance. He is thorough in his practice and takes the time explain exactly what you’re purchasing. Both Steve and Michelle are easy to reach and knowledgeable of their product. There is little to worry about when leaving your insurance needs in their hands. When it comes to insurance you need an agent like Steve.

Steve goes above and beyond every time I give him a call. I've been a customer of Steve's for about 4 years for Auto & Home and am always impressed by how he makes the insurance process simple. He recently helped me out with insuring an engagement ring for my fiancé and was literally working with me via text while I was around my fiancé so that the surprise wouldn't be spoiled. Steve and his associates have assisted our family for nearly 13 years. With four kids we've seen many cars come and go, alongside a few motorcycles, boats and other toys. We never had concerns for any claims, albeit home, car or the boat over those years; knowing that Steve and his crew would come through in a professional and always timely manner. Never a hassle. As we leave Iowa for a new adventure we will miss that relationship over time as Steve / Mary Lou have grown with our family and its needs.
