Bought a chair from here in Feb. Got the 3 year warranty. I'm kinda rough on my chairs, cuz I'm a bigger person. So the arm ripped, I put in for the warrenty they covered it, gave me a gift card via email to rebuy a chair. Nice and simple. Also printed off some magic the gathering cards here, and got my son's school supplies. Good place overall.

Would not recommend working here unless you want the general manager to scream and yell at you, especially if you’ve had to miss a day or two due to an injury.Yes Jason I’m referring to you. Jason being the general manager likes to go on a power trip with his employees and accuse them of lying about things that have happened to them, i.e. an injury.Don’t work for this Staples unless you’re desperate and want your manager who’s supposed to “accommodate” for you to talk down on you.

They had a sign up saying if I turned in ink cartridges with a purchase of new ones I'd get a two dollar discount. Young female cashier said that's not true. I told her they should probably take the sign down at the ink cartridges and she agreed. She offered to take my used cartridges for free and I declined. I paid $79.99 for these.... the discount is such a small thing but it's huge when is arbitrarily taken away.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes there items a little more expensive, but they train their staff on the products. Tech Service group is helpful.

The store manager and store employee were very patient and helpful. I purchased a laser printer and needed assistance to my car with it and then I had to return some toner from a recent purchase and they were very understanding, patient and helpful. I would give them as high of a score as I possibly could. The manager and employee went above in beyond…….that is unheard of in today’s world and I very much appreciated it…….especially after an exhausting day of my HP printer breaking down that I just purchased from there a year and a half okay. They made up for it and went above and beyond. Will definately be recommending due to their excellent customer service.Thank you Dubuque Staples!!! This small business owner very much appreciates you!

Had a great time at Staples! Jordan was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions quickly. There was a woman there, though, who was quite snide. (Assistant manager maybe? I'm not sure) She seemed quite rude to her employees. I wouldn't want a boss like that! Sad!
