This is the only place we take my family shopping for shoes and most of my kids school clothes are from here. I coach softball and am happy with the selection they have, it isn't huge but it gets the job done without being overwhelming or having to walk around a big department store. For real though, the employees get all the praise! Keep up the good work!”
“Really nice place to buy shoes but some times they don't have the shoes I am looking for but it's fine, you have to buy 3 shoe pairs to spin the wheel and I feel like it's rigged because we didn't get anything good at all but I'm not sure. Overall good place to get shoes!”
“I went in today to look for a pair of shoes. While I was shopping two ladies starting yelling at the employees saying that customer service sucked. I thought the employees were very polite and left people alone because they didn’t want to be too nosy or annoying. The girls then went up to the registers and continued to tell the employees how horrible their costumer service is. I would come back to the store and hope the same thing wouldn’t happen. Very great store with pretty good pricing, and great employees!-sammy”
“Normally I kind of avoid Dick's Sporting Goods. However, the Dubuque Dick's Sporting Goods is a really nice and gracious store. The employees are super great and have been extremely helpful each time I go in. So much so, I become a Score Card member. All because of the Dubuque location.”

“I had a great experience purchasing my new shoes here! This was my first visit and the first time I've been professionally fitted for a pair of shoes; knowing I was going to be spending money on a nice pair, it was a good choice to be fitted. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by an employee who assisted me with my foot measurements and walking gait to help determine the right shoe for me. Come to find out, I've been wearing the wrong shoe size! I was assisted with trying on several shoe options and styles, ultimately deciding on the Brooks Ghost 16. I would recommend anyone in the market for new, well fitting and comfortable shoes, to check out Browns and get measured! Best decision I've made for my feet.”
