It had been a while since I had been to Kohls. I live further away from civilization and, unfortunately, don't get in this area as much as I would like. I was super pleased to find Sephora here. I'd done my other shopping and decided to stop in for a quick visit. I'm older now and don't wear much makeup. But, I've not been wearing any lately. Working from home kind of caused that. As I entered the store, Lucy greeted me immediately. Which was a pleasant surprise. Every time I've been in Ulta, I've been ignored completely, and if I needed assistance, I'd have to hunt down an employee. Even then, they gave minimal effort, then disappeared right away. Lucy was also helpful in choosing a color for some BB cream. I just needed something light to wear. She suggested two colors and directed me to the area where I could try the samples. One of the two was perfect! Then, Denise assisted me in checking out and also offered to check out my other items, as well. I did ask if there were any powders to go with the cream. She did find one for me, but without a sample, I didn't want to purchase it. She did try to help me by checking if I had any beauty points. I didn't. I hadn't been there in a while. If there were any way to have powder samples, that would be very good. So you could see how the powder would look with your base color. Thanks again to your two lovely employees. They really care about their jobs, and it shows.

Sales associates both bothered by my questions regarding if addition items were in stock but not on shelves. This was my daughter's first trip to Sephora and both items she wanted were out of stock. We walked out of Sephora with our purchase in a plastic Kohl's bag. Part of your shopping experience at Sephora is the signature black and white Sephora bag when you check out. Definitely disappointed

The higher up managers of this specific Sephora fired my friend wrongfully out of cold blood. Accused my girl of stealing when she could never do such a thing. Out of respect for my girl could never be caught here again.
