They eliminated cashiers down to one. The wait now is about 20 minutes on a busy day then 5 minute wait to get out! I asked why only one cashier on a busy day before major holiday. I saw a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Response: That’s corporates rule. Oh so making people stand in long lines is good for customers because we use cash or checks! More bs cashless society to control the sheeple! Out of control of the corporations are all in on the Great Reset agenda! The banksters can also shut off your digital money if you get out of line! Wake up! They had plenty of non working people to check people out but would rather keep them closed in order to make us angry so we would comply to their cashless society!

Can’t begin to explain the lack of management at the Dubuque, IA store, got 5 people standing around making sure people don’t steal stuff at the check out and one gal at the service desk chatting with people. Asked a manager for help and was told they need the staff up front watching the check out. Absolutely no customer service available, everyone is too busy standing around doing nothing. The days of Walmart and Sams club caring about customers needs are a thing of the past. Hopefully the day shift staff is a lot more friendly and helpful than the night shift.

Right when you walk in, there are times you need to show your membership and times you don't. Carrying a baby, purse, etc I don't have the hands or time to put everything down to get my membership card out. I have ordered from their website multiple times and each time the order is not correct.

My wife bought a trampoline and went there to pick it up. The individuals who loaded the trampoline damaged the inside of the vehicle and did a report. Corporate now states that it was not their fault even though the store states it was. Do you think we could get a call from the claims adjuster? Nope!! Left many voicemails, called and was on a wait for over 2 hours with no one answering. What a crock!!!

Sams Club pickup employees did this to my trunk while loading a trampoline. Corporate is not paying for the damages and claiming no negligence. Well, I arrived with a brand new traverse and I left with my trunk and backseat looking like this. Please tell me how that works

Clean, well stocked, even during covid. Well, the bounty paper towel is iffy... not their fault!

Immediately I was questioned about my membership and then they tried to renew my membership when it wasn't even due. The cashier realized the mistake and cleared it once and then proceeded to charge me again!!!!! Then she said I had to go customer service. Customer service was so rude!!!! Worst shopping experience ever!

I gave a 5 because I enjoy Sams.. but we were waiting in line because they were only going to allow 10-15 people in the store when they opened at 10 which is fine and understanding.. they let the 15 people in which we were one of the 15 and then al of a sudden they were allowing the whole 100s of people to come in all at once which was ridiculous!! Especially for the elderly people that were in line with us and people going crazy! If your going to have 10-15 in at once then stick with that so people aren’t acting like a bunch of wild animals! And also! Open up earlier for the elderly people first.

Want to give a positive shout out to Sam’s and it’s customers today. Store was packed this morning and there were plenty of staff on hand, including a worker sanitizing cart handles at the entrance.

This is a place I go to buy in bulk as I have a large family. Typically my experience is pretty normal and pleasant. Today there was a $22.50 fee that no one could explain. The cashier tried to say it was a 10% fee for non-members. But bill was $350.00+ so there was the first lie. Then, When I spoke to the manager about the situation she quickly backs the cashiers clear LIE then when asked about the mismatch incorrect math. She openly admitted that she had no idea how corporate charged me or why they charged me. Blaming the corporate rules. IF not for Zoe S. I would've left very upset never renewing any membership and warning all I know about the shitty service
