I never leave reviews but I found the service very disrespectful. The staff seemed extremely unhappy to be there and with us being there even though no other customers were in the salon. The pedicure was extremely rough. They never gave us an option for a type of pedicure. Our feet were not exfoliated. She clipped my nails and filed in two directions on each toe without intending to shape them. The massage was so hateful. The same lady doing my pedicure did my manicure. While using the electric file to shorten my nails she let each of my fingers touch the sanders. When I expressed discomfort she said “oh”, held my finger for a second and then proceed to repeat the same actions. The shape is square and all of the ends are curved instead of straight. Lastly they did not accept anything other cash even though there’s not sign indicating that.

I come here every three weeks and i have never had a bad experience. They're kind, listen to what you want done, and are honest if they cannot do it. I've never had a better experience.Service: Acrylic nails

A friend and I went in to have a little pampering. The two nail techs had an ongoing conversation with another of their friends who just took a seat in a pedi chair next to us. There was no way for my friend and I to have conversation at all. We sat and felt like we were intruding on their time. Add to that how aggressive and rushed the whole experience was and my three star is generous. My left leg is actually bruised on the side with how aggressive she was. It seemed all the motions were in hyper speed and nothing relaxing at all when it’s that uncomfortable and fast. The one saving thing was that the nails look nice and seemed to do a nice job on those. If you just want nails done this will be fine. If you want some good friend time and a little pampering this isn’t the place for you.Service: Pedicure

The main guy is the way to go ❤️❤️ I’ve been going to him for the past couple of years, since they started by Dunkin, and I have never met such a kinder, sweet nail artist such as him. Does my nails beautiful every time, and is so generous. Defiantly come here for a great overall experience and nice environment ❤️!Service: Gel manicures

i hate to leave bad reviews but i need to with this one. while getting my nails done by the male nail tech, he made my thumb bleed. he didn’t even stop either… there is excess acrylic on the edges which is poking into my finger and it hurts. he definitely did not do his best job on my nails which just sucks. i seen a lot of reviews about high prices but i think that they are pretty standard prices. just not the best nails. i will not be returning and don’t recommend getting acrylic there.

I got a regular ombre manicure. They were kind, but not very good at their jobs unfortunately ? made my fingers bleed, then wiped it with acetone, making them sting worse. Didn't paint nails all the way to the edges, and didn't cut them down to the same length/file them into any sort of shape, and I had to file+cut them myself when I got home. The ombre was also uneven across fingers and a bit blotchy. It hurt worse, damaged my nails more, and looked worse than if I had done it myself at home- but, it did take half the time (when I do my nails, I usually take 2-4 hours because I'm a perfectionist, mine were done here in under an hour.) I still couldn't recommend, but I hope the people that work here find a better business that they're good at+like.

I will n ver go back these ppl don’t know how to do nails the male did mine and they looked terrible! Didn’t file had sharp edges tried telling him but acts like he didn’t understand! And can’t believe the cost !!! Stay away no goodService: Acrylic nails
