GO ANYWHERE ELSE - Terrible customer service - will not call you back if you leave messages saying you have a problem with device. If you do happen to catch someone in the office the lady is super rude and the advice for my machine problem was not helpful. I have tried calling different departments within Rotech to try to sort out my bill - 6 different times and given them all of my insurance info EACH time and today I got another bill which was incorrectly done and called, and they said they had no insurance on file. Not only that but they didn't give me any accurate information on compliance when it comes to my sleep machine, and I had to take off work for different doctors' appointments twice. Hell, when I got my machine, nobody told me how to use it, maintenance, or anything. This place absolutely sucks, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

When I called to get some help the woman I talked to wasn't helpful and she was rude. I don't not recommend dealing with this company.

Rotech is horrible.I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive my CPAP device. My provider faxed in my order for the CPAP. After 8 weeks I called Rotech to check on my device. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. She claimed Rotech never received the fax from my provider.My provider faxed in the order again. About 4 weeks later I called Rotech again to check on the status of my device. Again, the woman was rude. She said I would have my device by the end of the following week.That didn’t happen. I contacted my provider and they reached out to Rotech, who told my provider they didn’t have the necessary documents to complete my order.What a train wreck. I’m switching to another business for my CPAP device. I’d rather wait longer for my device than deal with Rotech. I’m not giving them any of my money. That’s for sure.

Took a few months to even get my BiPap machine. Received zero help or information on how to properly use it. And, because I was never able to comfortably sleep with it on due to this lack of help and direction, I have to return it because I'm "out of compliance". Exceptionally unpleased...

The secretary who answer's the phone very rude has no respect for anyone.Needed a concentrator had to call three times had to wait until 1:30pm to get a new one. Warning be careful when you call the rotech in Dubuque the secretary is very rude.Warning stay away from Rotech the secretary is a nasty person is rude and argumentative.the driver who got my tanks blamed me for saying that I said to take all the tanks back when I knew I needed one for a back up.Rotech is a very bad company
