Not too bad! This is a good priced motel with a decent room, no bugs found. AC worked good, cable tv, but no coffee. Bathroom kind of old and yucky but if you need a place to stay in Dubuque for cheap it’ll do! Made us do a deposit but got it back in morning. Looks like the photos.

So glad to see laminate flooring instead of filthy carpet in room. No frills. It was a clean and relatively quiet place to sleep. Just what I wanted.

Had a issue with the tv and within minutes they came and fixed the TV for us! Awesome place to stay while in Dubuque
