I spent $46 for a clean and my car was almost as dirty when I left as it was when I took it in. I have reached out to Pro-Clean 3 times and have had no response. Super disappointing.

Im here nearly everyday. They are the best in town. We buy the unlimited wash package, and I sure get my money's worth. The entire staff is friendly cooperative and eager to help.

Paid for wheel cleaning and tire shine. They somewhat dried my vehicle and said I was done without doing anything to my wheels until I told them what I had paid for.
Poorest service I have had from a car wash ever for a full service place.

Had my vehicle washed this morning and pulled to the side to clean the interior. A young man named Denzel greeted me and offered to clean my interior. In speaking with Denzel, he mentioned Proclean no longer offers detailing services so he has initiated the service of cleaning interiors after the wash for a donation of the customers choosing. He was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions about what services Proclean provides. The next time you visit Proclean I recommend seeing Denzel after your wash for an interior cleanup. I appreciated this service.

I dont recommend them if you have a larger vehicle. Tight turns and I noticed a long wavy mark after going through the carwash. Its a slight indent that's not very noticeable. I did notify them and asked if they could look at it. They buffed it and made it almost impossible to see thankfully. But I felt that the wash is not very accommodating to said larger vehicles and that is why I not have a long wavy mark about 3ft up my truck starting above the wheel to my taillight.
My issue is the way one of the managers talked down to me when I asked about seeing what could be done. He was more dismissive and didn't show much care about the issue. Everyone else I asked about what would be possible were very kind and helpful in trying to assist.

It now costs $40 for an inside vacuum and wipe down of the inside. I think a five-year-old could’ve done a better job. The dash, center Council and doors. Don’t look any different than when I got there. For what they charge now it sure isn’t worth it.

The car wash I was offered (both exterior and interior) cost $34.24. I asked for a cheaper wash and was told this was their only option. It SUCKED! The inside - not bad. However, I always keep the inside of my vehicle clean. The outside - completely not worth it. I have a Jeep Wrangler. There was dirt (not mud) inside every wheel well, dirt still between both running boards and doors, the spare tire was washed but seriously streaked and the tail gate was pretty much ignored all together. (And it was a manager that washed the tail gate - unless the workers wearing polo shirts aren't managers.) $34! I'll just go to a cheap drive thru next time. I never review businesses. This one royally pissed me off.

Shoutout to Denzel for the detailing while I vacuumed my car! Amazing customer service and the personal touch that made my day.Been going here for over a year and have been impressed the whole time. A little out dated wash . It's not as good as some from the Chicago land area . But better than one, you will find at a gas station .
