The third time the programs were not cut well and the wrong PDF was used. Copyworks printed my programs four different times for me and the final product was perfect! I dropped off an Amazon return last week and asked if Staples does 2 sided Christmas cards and your female employee said yes we do and we would love to print your Christmas cards. The same lady called the day after I placed my order and left me a voicemail that my "Beautiful" Christmas cards were ready for pick up. When I picked them up a male employee that checked me out was surprised at how many I ordered. I asked if I could use my coupon $20 off of $50 purchase and he enthusiastically said YES you can. This type of customer service is not common anymore but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years so I really appreciate it and trust me, I share this with everyone I know!!
