I had both headlights burn out right before dark as I was getting into Dubuque to visit family. I stopped here and the guy working helped me replace the bulbs as they were very difficult with my vehicle of course. Awesome people!

The quickest in and out. I needed brake fluid. 2 ladies working alone (break the ice, and the mold).2010 Dodge GC, I was in and out in less than 3 mins.Hey. My time is valuable and they knew it. Intuition or training? Either way, thank you.

I always do my parts shopping at auto zone, but Oreilly said they would beat the price I was quoted, and they had the part in stock. So I went into the store to pick it up, and they told me it was in town, but not at the jfk store where I had called originally. So I went to the store on locust. When I got to the store on locust, the part they had in stock, wasn’t the correct part that I needed. And they didn’t hve the wiring harness to make it compatible. So I hd them order a part in for me to pick up the next day. I went and picked up the part the next day. I got back home to install the part, only to open it, and find out they ordered the Incorrect part. The only reason they got a second star, is because when they did the return, the money was credited to my card immediately. Which is more a reflection on their system, than it is on the store itself.

Service was terrible!!! The woman or lady boy working did everything but her job to avoid working. I'll never go back, I got great service at auto zone, they went above and beyond!!! Thanks auto zone!!!

Called to see if they had a part in stock, and the guy who answered the phone clearly didn't even check. He just said doesn't look like we have them. Called the other location on JFK, and turned out to be much more helpful. Poor customer service.
