“Luke was the only employee working when two friends and I stopped at the Dubuque, IA TCC store to purchase new phones and watches. He remained calm while assisting us in addition to helping three or four customers who walked into the store. Great multi-tasking skills! Luke was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and explained them in detail. He is definitely an asset to Verizon! I highly recommend him! “I recently had a Ipad Air, LTE service stop working. Verizon store noted, it appeared bent. Suspect one of my kids sat or stepped on it. And the LTE portion must have not been connecting. Either I had to buy my way out at Verizon for several $100 or… have The Coin Shop try to repair. $78 later, magic! I have taken multiple apple devices for screen repair to The Coin Shop, now this… no one better in the tri-state area. Nothing short of amazing and tip top, quick professionals behind the counter. Recommend all day long!”
