Kayla the store manager was awesome, super nice and knowledgeable of T-Mobile services unlike another store in Dubuque. “I recently had a Ipad Air, LTE service stop working. Verizon store noted, it appeared bent. Suspect one of my kids sat or stepped on it. And the LTE portion must have not been connecting. Either I had to buy my way out at Verizon for several $100 or… have The Coin Shop try to repair. $78 later, magic! I have taken multiple apple devices for screen repair to The Coin Shop, now this… no one better in the tri-state area. Nothing short of amazing and tip top, quick professionals behind the counter. Recommend all day long!”
“Lots of stock 2 chose from. Lots of easily accessible free parking. Though the parking lot conditions leave a lot 2 B desired. Prices R fair. Trade ins, not so much. Their CS also leaves a lot 2 B desired. They act like U R an imposition to their work. Not warm or friendly or inviting.”
