I wasn't able to locate my card and didn't have any of the information handy. I reached out to MedOne via chat and they were able to locate my account and request new cards be issued and mailed to me. It was wonderfully easy and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I was worried that since I didn't have my Member ID that they wouldn't be able to help, but they came through for me!

I'm diabetic and a truck driver. Needless to say it is very tough dealing with this company to maintain my prescriptions on time and keep me in stock. I'm only home on the weekends and there are times I schedule a delivery a week ahead and still don't get it before I head back out on the road. Very disappointing

It seems like they only cover cheap medications. My wife's medication is not covered and we can't afford to pay out of pocket. They put us through RX Ally for assistance, and they pass the buck to the drug maker. When that gets denied, they just give up. The insurance appears to only help with generic medications that are already really cheap, so I am just not seeing the point.Plus there stories continue to change depending who we talk to. We've been told the medication is covered, then not covered several times. At the end of the day it is not covered.I understand that most people don't have a choice of pharmacy insurance, but if you do, it's best to find an option other than MedOne.

Would give zero stars if possible. Extremely difficult to deal with. Had to give my credit card number on three sperate phone calls because they could not write it down properly. Website is currently down.

This is absolutely the worst insurance provider I have had in 45 years. They are frauds and make decisions on money, not facts. I have been taking diabetic meds for almost 10 years. They denied a drug, Januvia, because they said it had side effects when taken with Ozempic and or Jardiance. Even though my doctor sent several articles on appeal (one by the AMA) they denied it. Now, they have denied it because they say it will not work well, (their opinion) when taken with Januvia and Ozempic. MORONS! They denied Januvia and that was the reason they now denied Jardiance even though I am NOT taking Januvia due to them! They have now changed their mind that tune on Januvia saying there is no interaction issues, just no real benefit. They think they know more about my health than my doctors and provide no proof.....EXCEPT both Januvia and Jardiance are very expensive - about $1,245 per month. AVOID. AVOID. If you are a company shopping around for plans this time of year, MEDONE is not the one for you.

Today I spoke to customer service representative, Ashley A.--a true angel. She addressed the questions I had in a very helpful, patient and pleasant manner. During the call, she was even able to provide me with some unexpected but great news. Thank you, MedOne Pharmacy, for having her as an employee. She is definitely a favorite!!

If you have this coverage and you are expecting your care facility to get you information to ensure you will not be financially ruined by insurance, these people are absolutely rude and will not provide anything. This includes if you the patient are dying on your death bed they expect you to be in the phone to give the ok.

Ashley with customer service was so professional & helpful, when out of the normal situation happened with refill. Took a few days an lots of phone calls between myself, Ashley w-MedOne & my doctors office, but everything & everyone so helpful

If you need help on the weekend, no one will pick up. If you have prescription that needs to be in person you will have no way to get help. I do not recommend. It's a nightmare to get what you need in a timely fashion. Emergency line will go to voicemail.

The company is a fraud, the CEO markets self funded companies to take away specialty medication from the commercial insurance. They tell members to go to the manufacturer program for assistance even though they have commercial insurance. Do not use this company or their pharmacy. The worst company.

This is my second review because I had hoped I could post something positive but sadly it can't happen. A manager did reach out to me right after my first review about a month ago but since then have been left to get a prescription filled on my own again. The manager said she would call back March 30th or 31st but no call. Waited until 4/4 and called them back and was told the person on the phone could not assist me but the manager would call me back the next day. A week later and still no call.Again, if you are thinking about using this company...DON'T. If you are like me and your company and insurance are forcing you to use them...well, good luck because you will need it.

The past two years I have been a MedOne Pharmacy customer. Navigating the ever changing healthcare and prescription industry is often a struggle and difficult task. I am very impressed by literally all of my encounters with these folks. They are incredibly patient, always explain things clearly, and always follow through on what they say. I would recommend MedOne to anyone that needs to find a quality mail order pharmacy. You will not be disappointed by their professionalism, positive demeanor, and willingness to serve you as the customer.

I called yesterday to ask about pricing for what is normally an expensive prescription. The first lady I spoke with said that the system wouldn't let her look up this particular prescription. I was frustrated to say the least but maybe around an hour later Molly from MedOne left me a voicemail saying that she can help me find the pricing for it. I was completely blown away at how much she cared to help me out! No other company has ever called me back trying to help if they couldn't during the initial phone call. She really went the extra mile and I'm so thankful for people like that! I'm also excited that she informed me that I'll be saving around $185 on this prescription. All-around great customer service!
