I needed to be towed to Kenworth in Cedar Rapids, once the tow truck got there, the service was fast and efficient Slim was my driver and he was nothing but pleasant! After dropping my truck off, he went the extra mile and made sure I got to the hotel. Thanks McCants for such awesome service!

I’ve locked my keys out of my vehicle and had engine issues. Both guys have been super helpful, kind and made me feel better. I couldn’t ask for a better experience of a bad situation.

When the MyChevrolet app failed, and OnStar couldn't connect to our vehicle to unlock the doors, Chevy Roadside sent out McCanns to help us out. They were beyond amazing! They arrived before their ETA, greeted us with a smile, and made quick work of getting us back into our vehicle. Thank you so much for the help!

The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the location is hard to find. The staff at McCanns treats you with the respect you want. They really make you feel that your business is valuable to them and do whatever they can to help you. Their staff consistently goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I recommend McCanns to all my friends in Dubuque!!

Finding a good, honest auto repair shop isn’t always easy, but McCann’s is just that. They are fair, quick, and get the job done right the first time. Ben and Ambrose are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, reliable, and left me feeling 100% confident in the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. I highly recommend McCann’s Service to anyone in need of auto repairs or towing. They are great!

Moms car Brooke down on the way to Wisconsin sat morning right outside Dubuque and mccanns service and towing were the ones that hauled and stored moms car over night and they were really great! Really appreciate what you guys did and how helpful and nice your guys were to us and giving us a ride into Dubuque till our ride came to get us! Anyone in Dubuque I recommend these guys won’t be disappointed!!!
