We have shopped at James Martin Jewelers for years. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Earlier this year I shopped for a new loose diamond for our upcoming 25th Wedding Anniversary. The stone was beautifully set in a band and I then worked with Samantha & Lucas to find the perfect cathedral jacket. It's absolutely gorgeous!!! When you walk in the door and all the employees are excited to see how you are going to react to your new ring is priceless! I'd share a pic but it's in the safe until the big day in a couple of weeks. I'll follow up with a picture after our reception

Every single interaction with the staff has been excellent. They’ve been patient, engaged and really listen. All of the repairs, sizing and sales are done with care and with the customer’s needs in mind. I will go to them for all of my jewelry needs.

I had a necklace with a broken chain and had to take it in. Lucas greeted me right away and was able to get me taken care of. They did have send it in but had it back in a few days. Love that they’re able to text me with updates.

The sales person (Samantha) was very helpful in showing us a lot of different options for our daughters graduation gift. We selected a very nice necklace and she was very helpful with taking care of everything with this.

James Martin Jewelers staff is very helpful. They have customized many pieces of jewelry that I have purchased. I can usually find something unique in their collection and I appreciate that. They have been my jeweler since the early 1980s when they designed my mother’s ring.

Everyone at James Martin Jewelers is friendly and willing to help, whether it’s sizing, cleaning up your jewelry, or helping you find a gift. My engagement ring is from here and they’ve been taking care of it for almost 20 years. It looks as beautiful now as the night I received it!

I thought I just needed a battery for my watch. I was saddened that the battery didn’t get the wat h to start again after many tries. I left it and returned today as it was ready for pickup. Not only did it work but it was cleaned beautifully. It looks brand new! Thanks so much. You made my day with your great customer service!

My grandfather gifted my grandmother a full topaz set (earrings, ring, necklace), starting in the 70s. The whole set was purchased from James Martin Jewelers over a period of many years. Last Christmas, my grandmother gifted the set to me, and it was clear the pieces had not been cleaned in at least a decade. I brought the pieces to James Martin Jewelers for cleaning, which they completed in a single day, completely free of charge. I could not believe how those pieces shined - everything was given back to me in better condition than when I left. It’s always scary to take priceless jewelry to a place you’ve never been to, but now I know my jewelry is safe with James Martin Jewelers.
