I could not be more disappointed in the quality, service, and timing of our purchase. We order bathroom cabinets and countertops. Where do I start? We placed the order in the store. Three weeks later they called to tell us the cabinets were no longer being made and that we needed to pick another style. That was fine and we picked another style. In three months the countertop order came in. Three more months the cabinets came in. We were so excited! I understood with the pandemic things would take longer but six months seemed like a long time. However, during those six months, not one time did anyone contact us on the status. My husband had to contact them both by email and phone before they would respond. Notice I said, my husband. Not one of my phone calls or emails was ever answered. Like I said we were so excited that our order was finally in. My husband went to pick it up and noticed that we had 60 inches of countertop and only 48 inches of the cabinet. Something you would think others would notice. They forgot to order the center drawers. So we waited some more. Finally, the draws came in. So excited. But wait that is not the end. When we unboxed the cabinets for installation the backside of one of the cabinets was crushed, the drawers were not hung evenly, the sinks didn't fit the cabinet, and we were missing the side splash of the countertops. Luckily we had a great plumber that fixed the cabinets to fit the sinks and my husband is handy enough to fix the drawers. In all of this not once did anyone apologize or suggest any discount. I will never go back to Interior by Design in Dubuque IA.

Just had a estimate done.seems like their ideas are good. Post more later.haven't heard from them its been weeks.i even went into store and didn't get an estimate.very disappointed

I was able to get my internship through Interiors by design, and I am so glad that I found this company! Every single staff member has made me feel welcome, and they value their customers with all they have! This company truly cares about those in and around their community. They also hold high accountability for the time they have with their clients, and they make every effort to get started on projects as soon as they can. I definitely recommend stopping in for current or future design projects!

Immediately when walking into Interiors by design, you are greeted by the wonderful employees. The services they provide is excellent and you are always treated with top priority while in and out of the store. The showroom is filled with endless options of materials and finishes to choose from, along with so much amazing furniture! Definitely stop by Interiors by design if you are looking to improve your home in anyway!

Dave, Justin and all the rest of the staff have WONDERFUL customer service. I recently purchased a new mattress set for 2 of the beds in my home and they went above and beyond what I ever expected!

Dave and everyone at Interiors by Design have done an excellent job renovating our.home in the Galena Territory. We have been redoing almost the entire interior, and they have led most of the process with excellent style, attention to detail, pricing, and service.

Their prices are as good or better than the competition, and their staff is very good at listening and providing ideas/solutions without being pushy or overbearing. They communicate well throughout the entire project. Their selection and quality of products is great. We will definitely continue working with them on additional projects for our house.

Good, kind, honest people you can trust. Dave listened carefully to what I wanted for my basement remodel and accommodated my every wish, even when other contractors said they could not. He also came in at a reasonable estimate and completed the project within the bid price! I am now working on a second project with Interiors...by Design and would recommend them without reservation!

Our experience at Interiors by Design was nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I consulted with Dave and Lynn a couple years ago when we decided to finish our basement. Dave designed the perfect basement layout and then helped us pick out flooring and cabinets. The quality of the product was exceptional. After loving the look of our new basement, we were eager to remodel our kitchen. With Lynn’s direction, we picked out the most gorgeous cabinets and backsplash. Dave was able to give us references for contractors for electric, plumbing, etc. making the basement and kitchen project simplified.
