My sister was treated rudely this morning when she called to get a new med that was prescribed last night in ER .She was told it would be 5 pm today before it would be ready for pick up by her family. She was then told they could send it to a different pharmacy if she wanted. Hy-Vee Asbury is her regular pharmacy, This is poor customer service!

Horrible pharmacy staff who don't care. Staff not willing to help. Very rude workers. Will be switching to a different pharmacy. Would not recommended this pharmacy.

My family and I just moved to the area, the transfer of our medication was easily handled, the staff was very happy and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely appreciated.

After many years I started having major problems with getting timely automatic refills so I switched to Walgreens and after a few months now at Walgreens I am so glad I switched the process is so much easier and transparent.

A little irritated. They cant identify the gas pump number on the register. This has happened more than three times.

The employees are the friendliest people. I would go out pf my way to buy my gas from that location. Everything is clean and easy to find, not to mention they always have hot food and fresh coffee all the time
