I had my taxes done I was getting 700 back she told me I was going to have have around 175 taken out of the 700 I get a message they deposited 420 in my account a full 100 dollars more then they said and I don't even have my card yet lol I'll never be back and I ill tell everyone I meet too not go here

We waited until the very last minute to get our taxes done. Fadi was quick and knowledgeable. He was patient while we located missing documents and asked about anything else we may need. The cost was actually better than other tax preparers wr have used in the past. Highly recommend using them next year!

Didn't have the money up front to pay them which is fine, but they decided to call someone else about my taxes whom with I'm in the process of getting a no contact order against, instead of calling me. They had just confirmed my info a couple days before.

Fadi kicked me out before we even started doing returns because of the way I looked. Very unproffesional the entire time I was in there. Dont recommend this place if you are younger looking

Fadi was horrible. Very rude. No “hello, how are you?….how can i help you?” I told him I needed my taxes amended from a couple years prior I had done there because they had made a mistake and forgot to file a Mortgage Credit Certificate. I had brought the packet from that year with all the forms for him to look through. He proceeded to ask for my w2. I said I didn’t have it. He said “how do you expect me to file when you don’t have it?” I stated he doesn’t need it I just need him to send an amendment for an MCC….then he tried telling me that I owed them money for those taxes they did that year. When I absolutely did not and the proof was in front of his face. I had brought the receipt from that year showing I paid…..then he said he couldn’t pull me up in the system. (First you say I have an outstanding balance but now you can’t pull me up?) he said to file an amendment it would be $100….i said “it says right here 100% guarantee.” And he proceeded to say “we scan everything here. How do I know this was presented and she didn’t file it?”…..nothing he was saying made any sense or added up. We left and figured out how to amend the return ourselves. Do not go to HR Block. Especially if you have an MCC because none of the tax “professionals” know what that is and you’re missing out on a good chunk of your return…..I 100% guarantee you’re not getting the most from your returns…..but especially don’t go to Fadi. Incredibly rude and arrogant from the start. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
