We have worked with Richardson Motors for years for our car & truck purchases and our service. Everyone is wonderful to work with. It's always a great experience when you walk in the door. Their facility is wonderful. We love working with Chad Richardson and Rick Carlson.

Dave Frazier is an excellent salesman. We did not want to spend hours trying to buy a vehicle and trade our old one, we went in knowing what we wanted and what our pice limit was and he met it. It was quick and easy!

Actually purchased the new GMC Acadia Denali over the phone. We have been researching this vehicle and traveled around looking at them. Made a phone call and received excellent customer service over the phone and during the delivery. We would recommend Richardsons dealership to friends. No pushy sales at all.

I have been a loyal customer of Richardson Motors but we will no longer be buying vehicles from here. The dealership has gone down hill since Chad Richardson has taken over the dealership. For a loyal customer you would think that they would take so much off MSRP without having to ask. They can easily take 5-10% off MSRP, but instead they refused to do reduce the price. There is no longer a shortage of vehicles at dealership lots as car production has caught back up to the pre-COVID numbers. Dealer lots are full and they are holding cars longer on their floor plans which is costing them money (check out Car Edge on YouTube). I asked why the brand new vehicle I was looking at doesn't have a spare tire and they said "how many people have you seen on the side of the road changing their own tire, everybody calls a tow truck these days." Um....I do! I don't want to wait an hour for a tow truck and pay them when I can do it myself. A spare tire provides peace of mind if something happens during a road trip. The man in finance is "interesting" to say the least. He will try and sell you really expensive extended warranties and when you decline he lowers the price by several hundreds of dollars. Why don't you offer your customers the lower extended warranty price to begin with? They are literally out to screw you out of every dollar and don't care about their long term customers. Goodbye Richardson Motors!

Purchased a vehicle in august. It’s been back to the dealership two times in the first month for a worn out tie rod. And loose lug nuts. Now I’m moved out of state. Heard some random grinding take it to a shop where they say the struts are weak and the control arms are week, but was never told that after Richardson “inspected” it twice before. Oh and the axle is rusted. Maybe it’s my own fault for being quick to buy. It seems like they just want your money and mechanics don’t actually care about the integrity of the vehicles.
Update: the transmission has blown now a year and 2 months after buying. I’ve put almost 7k into this vehicle on top of my payments.

Thank you for fixing my Model Y Tesla!
I damaged the liftgate and the replacement looks really good.
The estimated schedule/price was spot on and I am happy about the whole experience.
The car was also cleaned really well before I picked it up.
I highly recommend Richardson Motors for Tesla repairs.
Thank you!

So far in love with my 24 accord I bought back in December, recently the valve cover gasket started leaking whatever. Brand new, winter hot cold makes sense. Went in for warranty work didn’t have the part (probably should either have one on hand or have ordered prior) 2nd day changed gasket and threw a code after dropping it off to me, 3rd day at the dealer oh we forgot to put this part in. But y’all did a hmpi inspection so you would’ve seen that. Nonetheless not even an apology “hey we’re sorry you’ve been in here almost 3 days for one single issue”
