I had a really positive experience talking with DeAnna in customer service to get a broken part of a cabinet I bought on Amazon replaced. I would definitely recommend this company since support was so much easier to get than many other Amazon sellers.

Horrible buyThis was a nice piece until it stained. This is a kitchen piece and should be able with withstand liquid being waste on it for a few seconds, but it is obviously This island can't. I'm left with this horrible stain and ugly island. I contacted the warranty and they only have a 30 day warranty which is worthless. Order at your own risk especially if you plan to use this kitchen island in your kitchen. Lol. $1000 down the drain. Customer service states even with any protectant you buy will not stop a staining on this item. Buyer beware. I tried to post a negative review on there site about the item to give a true re iew and they would not allow it because it not positive and they don't want to take responsibility of there horrible craftsmanship

This product is amazing. We have the Monarch Kitchen Island and it looks like an expensive custom piece. The top is extremely solid and it’s been a great asset to our kitchen over the last 5 years, it holds up great and doesn’t seem to go out of style, and it’s the perfect place to serve up food when entertaining. One of my knobs broke early on (due to someone twisting it, not a defect), I called and got a replacement knob without issue. The customer service was great and the product is even better! We liked it so much we bought a pantry for a bathroom where we don’t have much storage and it worked out perfectly for towels and kids bath toys! I highly recommend this brand.

This company is terrible. Do not buy anything from them. Ordered chairs and a part was broken. Tried calling the 1-800 number to get a new part, but an automated message comes on and puts you on hold, then line goes dead. Tried emailing Customer service but it was rejected because my email address wasn't recognized. How would anybody's email address be recognized? It's the customer service email address. I found a form to report a missing or broken part. I filled it out three times now over the last week, and no response. This company's customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from them.
