Immediately he greeted us with a smile and a firm handshake. He had a great personality along with a great knowledge of appliances. This was easily the best service I've ever had In a home improvement store. Even though I wasn't there for a personal purchase I couldn't wait to get on here and rave about the display of excellence and humanity Phil had showed us. We need more people lile Phil! “We did business with Tricia at Gerhard’s Dubuque Store for an extensive bathroom remodel. We were overwhelmed with the choices available! And we weren’t sure what would serve our needs best. Tricia spent a lot of time with my husband and me, putting a “package” together that would work well in our new space. She made a huge task much easier for us, and was patient with us as we tried to make feasible choices. Our bath is not complete yet, but we are confident we have quality fixtures. I would recommend her, especially if you’re not sure what would serve you best. She educated us. You don’t get that at a big box store!”
