Even tho hobby lobby didn't have everything we were looking for. An employee by the name of Gavin (fairly new) went above and beyond to assist us. Then helped us with check out. He was very nice, professional, and prompt!

My favorite place to replenish craft supplies! If you shop right there's always discounts which is not unimportant in our days. We are a bunch of crafty people in our family and we all love Hobby Lobby for our supply hub + always cute home decor stuff for gifts!

Probably the best place to get your art framed. So many options in material and frame designs. I bought a canvas overseas and got it framed here, looks awesome. Great attentive and courteous service too.

Came into the store to frame a few pictures I got, the attendant there was pretty rude to me, which made me feel slightly stupid at the time, I ordered from them, they measured the mats wrong that I got from the framing department, bought frames from another store because their selection was ugly and expensive, and did it according to the mismeasured size of the mats from hobby lobby, spent more than 100$ on some non refundable custom frames from that other store, and then customer service refused to fix the problem Now Im stuck with 155$ of nonrefundable goods from their error that are mismeasured and mismatched, which might have been ameliorated but customer service didnt care to fix the problem, absolutely terrible experience, if I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would, visit another store
