Outstanding customer service. The staff are amazing, knowledgable, service oriented but don’t hover. They can fix or alter anything perfectly. Clothes are quality and they have good sales!

Best clothing store in Dubuque. Stylish, cool, high-quality clothes. Sporty, casual, dressy - they have it all. They also give you awesome customer service with helpful shopping advice, gift wrapping, and expert info on everything they sell. I don't enjoy shopping but I like going into Graham's.

16 Bridal tuxs and not one messed up!!!!The men and women at Grahams are AMAZING! They make sure you get what you are looking for and that everything goes as smooth as possiable for you on your big day! I highly recommend them for all your bridal party needs. Our son and I went down to Grahams Style Store to pick out a suit for his upcoming marriage. Janice was the person on the sales floor that helped us. She was TREMENDOUSLY knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He found the PERFECT suit, shirt, tie, shoes, belt and socks. Janice knew exactly what went with what piece of clothing. That was so helpful!!Graham's has an ON SIGHT seamstress. They took all the measurements, will make the alterations and then ship it out to our son in about two weeks. I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Janice and from the entire staff. Their clothing lines are varied but all the finest quality. You just don't get customer service like this anywhere anymore! The process wasn't rushed, our son tried on a few suits. We never felt like we were being pushed to make a decision. We didn't have a lot of time, didn't want to be ruining all over buying one item here or there. We got everything he needed in ONE spot in about 45 minutes. If you want FANTASTIC customer service for mens or women's clothing, Graham's Style Store is the place to go. The 4th generation of the Graham family is running the store now.
