Wow had a motor go out on the exhaust system at our business they were there and had fixed in no time only 2 hours between first call and it being fixed Andy was awesome and the gentleman that fixed it was as well .Thanks!

I asked Giese to install an oven exhaust fan and they did a beautiful job! They removed a cabinet and put Stainless Steel above and below the fan and it turned out perfect for my daughters home! Thank you for you excellent work!

I own a couple rental properties and have Giese do all of the HVAC related work. They answer the phone every time I call, their service technicians are always on time, and they don't leave my properties a mess when they're done. I really can't say a bad thing about them. I've had them out to my properties multiple times in the last 2 years and never a bad experience. Giese has earned themselves a lifelong customer and I can't recommend them enough to anyone needing their services. Give these guys a call!

Had Giese out to fix my furnace. They were prompt with timing, had great customer service and were very helpful in getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. The service man was very friendly and did a great job getting our furnace up and working. I’ve also had them out to do a routine check on my furnace just to make sure everything is working well. They have done great quality work. Giese is a good company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I gave them multiple chances to resolve this and they didn't care to make it right. Here's what happened.In summary, our boiler was out on error code... I was out of town and paid a company to fix the boiler. They charged me for 3 separate visits for work they said they completed, yet did not fix the boiler. When I was talking to the manager of the company, he said the system may not have been fixed, but they did not charge me for anything they did not do. With that type of logic, they could have mowed my yard as well, even though I had them out to fix my boiler (I mean, they mowed the yard, but issue at hand was not resolved. We didn't call them to clean the furnace, or do whatever it is they did, we called them to fix the boiler. They came out 3 separate times, couldn't fix it, even though it was a simple wiring issue ($23.00).The first bill to fix my boiler was $135.00 on 2/6/20...but wasn't fixedThe second bill to fix my boiler was $90.00 on 2/25/20...but wasn't fixedThe third bill to fix my boiler was $337.05 on 3/13/20... still was not fixedIn talking with the manager, he says they are justified in charging this because even though the boiler may not be fixed, they are not charging us for anything they did not do. But I was very clear, I only had them out to get the boiler fixed and nothing else. The manager also said that "nobody ever wants to pay their bills" and they have to deal with this stuff all the time. It's not that I don't want to pay my bill, I can agree that I owe for some time initially, but $562.05 to fix a boiler that was not fixed, that I had to end up fixing myself, seems a little excessive. The technician said specifically on his last visit that if it still didn't work, I would need a new boiler. So, when it did fail again, on the same error code, I didn't believe I needed a new boiler, and chose to fix it myself. Saving me $14,000 on a new boiler. This company cannot be trusted as most clients, without my background, wouldn't know if it was truthful or not, and would have bought a new system.

Giese put in a furnace that was to big and I have had nothing but problems with it. It doesn't heat the space properly.
