The guys are great!
While on a bicycle trip on the Grand Illinois Trail ~430 miles, our support vehicle, driven by my wife, was rear-ended in a school zone. There were no injuries -- good. The massive Thule rack transferred the impact to the frame through the class III hitch. The offender's car was totaled. There was no major damage to our truck -- Go Thule!. But we did need to find a replacement heavy-duty bike rack on short notice on a holiday weekend -- bad.
Enter Free Flight in Dubuque, IA. They had one in stock and were open for a short window on Memorial weekend, Sunday. They guys assembled it on the spot. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I was lucky to escape without buying yet another bike!
I strongly recommend their shop if you are anywhere close.

My wife and I came in to purchase a bike and carrier. The Josh (salesperson) was very knowledgeable in helping my wife pick out a bike. He also showed the pros and cons of the various bike carriers. He was not a high-pressure salesman and listened to us so we could make a good decision for ourselves. Josh was great to work with!
