I’m a repeat customer and have been going to floor show for furniture, flooring, kitchen remodeling, etc for over 15 years. They always provide best in class service from concept to purchase to delivery and installation. Just recently had water damage in my basement and Jeff was able to price and get someone to my home to install new replacement pad and carpet that fit my needs and budget within 18 hours of my first call to him for help. Highly recommend.

My mother is 83 and she broke her leg in 3 places, a week before she was set to go home she got told to get a walk-in shower, I called here on a Saturday and somebody came over to quote the shower the next day which of course was a Sunday. I was told they were out 2 weeks and I said time is of the essence and they had somebody there tearing the old shower out the next day. We experienced nothing but top quality work and people, we ended up with a show piece. The tile work is amazing! Thank you for expediting the job and building a beautiful shower!!

Floor show did a great job. Our salesman Jeff recommended a few choices keeping it in our price range. he came out to the house measured. They checked the stock for our choice and got things rolling. Installers came and did a fantastic job. They trimmed it out perfectly. 3 days to do our house. Clean and pefect.

This company will not allow you to access their website if you're using a VPN. They want to track your information which says a lot about who they are and what interests they have regarding you as a customer.Edit: I appreciate the response and look forward to an update. Take care.

They have ugly carpet and very poorly trained employees. They should should close their store. They will refuse you service and discriminate against you because of your disability and race. Their carpet has mold in it. Don't buy there

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. It was great to see their excitement about our new space as well. Tom, Sara, and Jennifer were excellent in taking our ideas and molding them into a better space we greatly enjoy. The Quality of the products they sell is exceptional!

I have worked personally with this team on several occasions for my own home. Beautiful furniture and so many finish options for any home project. More than anything, they have generously given back to the community — most recently donating materials (flooring and countertops) to help renovate a room at a local school. Great local company who cares about their customers and the community.
