Winnin with Finnin!! A joke! You're winnin a headache and bad customer service. How their service department still has people bringing their vehicles in is beyond me. I took my truck there for a recall mid September. I am not from Dubuque but was there for weeks on end helping family that was in a very serious accident. I thought I would quick get the recall done as it was close to their house. They started the recall and due to a part needing to be ordered, told me that It would be there the beginning of the next week. They let me take my truck without a speedometer working (along with a ton of other things not working) told me to use Waze (as it tells you your speed). When I asked for a loaner I was told they didn't have one... SIX weeks late, I still didn't receive one and the part just wasn't coming in. However, they asked me to bring my truck back on the (6th week) I did and magically the part could be here the next day. I asked for a vehicle from sales but was told no because I work and have meetings and couldn't leave my truck overnight. As a former service advisor, when it's warranty work, we provide the loaner, rental or a car from sales. So it was odd to me. Finally after dealing with Tyler's unprofessional attitude- I thought to myself.. I'm done with this joke of a business. Took my truck elsewhere and was provided a brand new truck to drive and less than a week for all the work to be done. This dealership and specifically their service department are less than stellar. I encourage anyone needing Ford service to look elsewhere. Beware!

We were so disappointed that we didn't get the truck. That Josh and Rob assured us we were going to get it. That they told us to come back with the down payment the next day so that we could do the rest of the paperwork for the 2023 Ford Maverick. But, I had a feeling that it was to good to be true and I was right. But, Josh and Rob were sure we had it. We were already planning on what we going to use it for. So we waited for the call from Josh so I called him. I knew it was to early to call because the bank probably didn't get around to looking at the paperwork yet. But, we never received a call to come back to do the paperwork. I never left a negative review before. I have to now I give a rating of less than 1 star just because we were looking forward to getting that truck.

Sarah Kimbriel and Rob Hoffman were most pleasant and professional in our purchase of a F150.
