The experience was incredibly frustrating as the process of getting medically needed equipment is extremely complicated and they lack in compassion and professionalism. I will be seeking other options for my needs.

I just want to say that the staff that worked with me were amazing! Skye and Nancy went over and above to make sure I had the proper fit. They were caring and kind during a really difficult time in my cancer journey. Thank you is not enough. They helped me feel like myself again!

The respiratory person was extremely helpful in helping me sort out old machines for someone I am helping. They also provided a replacement for a recalled machine and calibrated it. Very quick and helpful responses to my requests.

My family traveled to Dubuque for a family vacation and some how my husband’s cord for his CPAP machine got left at home. Once I found out that we didn’t have it and a rough inch with little sleep I googled medical supply stores that would be open on Saturday and this is the first one that popped up. So once they opened I called them to see if they had the power supply for his machine, they did and within a half hour of me initially contacting them I was back from picking up the part and spending quality time with my family. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service so that we could continue to have fun as a family and all get the sleep we need

I was to have my CPAP back in April. I didn't know this till I went to my sleep study pcp on 6/18 to find out that my CPAP was to be shipped to me way back in April. Someone from the clinic called Finley to be told they got no paperwork for me. Sorry I don't believe that now since I have been reading this reviews and see the same situation happening to me. So here I am waiting for my CPAP machine STILL! I am about ready to call my sleep study pcp and tell them to find another provider for for the CPAP machine since I hear nothing from Finley. I work in the healthcare industry and I know this in NOT acceptable when it comes to someone's health issues. I gave one star...but it should be ZERO! YES.....I AM VERY UPSET THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AT THIS POINT!

We just received a bill for a Cam Walker boot that my daughter got from her doctor for a broken toe. The charge for the boot came from Finley Hartig Homecare was $265. A friend mentioned that the price was steep, as she had also used that same boot but had purchased directly through a medical site. I searched 1/2 dozen medical device sites, plus Amazon, and never saw one over $50.I called to speak with Erica at FHH about the high price and she was quite rude with her answer, stating that's what they pay so that is what I'm charged. It's hard to believe that I can go online and purchase the same boot for $50, but FHH is 500% more! Maybe they need to find a new supplier and also work on customer service training.

ZERO stars if I could... Had information sent to F-H Homecare by a doctors office. After waiting several weeks without hearing anything I decided to call them and see what the hold-up was. I was told that the doctors office hadn't supplied them with information they needed. Several weeks later, still no communication, so I called back again. Once again was told that the doctor's office hasn't provided them information. I told them that was what I was told several weeks ago when I called and asked if they had ever followed-up on the information from then. They didn't know. I then asked who I needed to contact at the doctor's office, because I don't know who the person or even the place to contact that is holding up the information. I was given a phone number and they immediately hung-up. Upon contacting the doctor's office, I was provided documentation that all necessary information was previously submitted to F-H HC nearly a month earlier (even before my first call) and that the doctor's office has never been called about any missing information. They also commented that I should have been contacted weeks ago about how to proceed with F-H HC handling the case.As a new customer, never once has F-H HC ever tried to contact me. Never once have they done anything on my behalf, and so far seem they seem to have absolutely zero concern about getting anything done when this should all be standard routine procedure to them. Place seems like a disorganized mess and it starts as soon as they answer the phone and then just cut you off by putting you on hold mid-sentence to talk to someone else. Only today have I started reading their reviews... and I complete agree with several others already. I haven't ever walked into their office and I'm already looking to see about taking my business elsewhere.

Stopped in for a c pap machine after my Doctors nurse had sent the order and information to them was waited on by Karen we gave her the paper work we had and then asked how long does something like this normally take she then told us very rudely we have to wait to get the orders from the Doctor and they were very busy and they would call us we told her the Doctors office had sent the information over again she rudely said it takes time and they would call us again no time frame given so then I called back to cancel the c pap all they had to say was fine and hung up, The owners or meager need to have a talk with Karen . I have talked with several people and haven't heard anything positive about her attitude towards customers only that she is very rude.

Worst customer service ever. If you just walk in, somebody may or may not get around to waiting on you. If you have to schedule an appointment, they make a big deal about how you will have to leave work to meet their unreasonable office hours (no evening or weekend appointments), and you might need an hour of training, but you'll be lucky to get fifteen distracted, interrupted minutes. If you need equipment for home healthcare, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
