In person customer service was great! But I was out of town and needed to talk to someone locally and have no way of talking to anyone but an AI which has no idea what I want. Most robot customer service reps at least connect you to a real person after a little while but this one would not budge. I get it’s a cost saving measure and you have a high call volume but you should post your local ship center phone number somewhere on your website or at least make it possible to talk to a real person at some point. If it’s this hard to get in touch with FedEx I’ll want to avoid this service in the future.

Can't even print out a shipping label. A company I work with sent me shipping labels in my email and it's not possible to print them at a Fed ex facility. Real helpful

Drivers don't want to deliver packages, constantly putting in not delivered at 6pm-7pm even though they are supposed to deliver until 8pm. FedEx Dubuque, IA is a joke.

Terrible customer service. Won't even print a Fedex label from email. They did it for me once before so I came in expecting it, I still have their email saved in my phone. I live 45mins from the Fedex ship center and pleaded with the callous blonde lady at the counter. She just didn't want to. And of course by the time I drove across town to let the happy customer service agents at Staples print it for free for me the office was closed. I hope management revisits this policy and this staff member.

Once again FedEx of Dabuque Iowa doesn't come through!! Why do they charge for FedEx out of Dabuque when everything is delayed at least a day from that building?? This building definitely knows how to disappoint customers with the slow delivery! Now I have a unhappy customer looks like I'll be using usps at least I expect them to be slow! Thanks for failing once again at a simple task!!

Fedex should be shut down Nation wide, it's service across the country is abysmal and utterly terrible. Packages way over due, promises not kept, a service line that doesn't give service, damaged Packages time and time again. This company has failed me 80% of the time versus competition that hasn't failed me a fraction of that percentage. Do not ship thru fedex or buy from anyone who uses this service, if you want to call it that. Failure of epic proportions.
