Don't go here! Go to LUX Nails if you want great people!
I went here today... waited 45 minutes to get in to have the lady take off my polish and me explaining I've done my nails myself and they are lifting and been 4 weeks since I've done anything as we have been traveling... she started filing down my nails and then got frustrated and said because they were lifting she wouldn't touch them.. I said I was a nail tech and all she has to do is cut off the lifting... she decided she didn't want to do the work and kicked me out after she started my nails.. i got up and walked out as they made me very humiliated!! NEVER AGAIN! I went to LUX Nails... they were wonderful... nice and took care of me.. the mail tech at LUX Nails even praised me for doing my own Nails. I use to go here all the time... NEVER AGAIN!

It’s the day before my wedding and I got my nails done elsewhere in Dubuque. They turned out awful and I was in full mental breakdown mode. Elite slipped me in for a last minute walk in and were so incredibly kind to me! They did a phenomenal job on my nails, I could not be happier with them!

The first time I went I had a gel mani/pedi. They were basic with virtually no massage with either. My 2nd time I had a dip and my nails cracked like broken glass. The third time I had a gel and it was fine. These were all done by the men. But, the 4th time one of the women did my gel. She filed the top of my nails so vigorously that they were sore, she then scolded me for having to thin a nail. The gel nails cracked so severely I did a soak off. 4months later the damage is still growing out.

I always go to get a dip manicure from Steven and it's always amazing!! He is very thorough and good at his job!

Should have given zero stars. Very rough and didn’t seem to care much about what I thought. Didn’t speak to me, just pushed and pulled my hands as he needed. VERY UNIMPRESSED

got my nails done a week ago and they turned black, I didn’t dye my hair and I didn’t use self tanner. I came to the nail salon to get them off and it took them an hour.

Love it here! I go every month! Laughing at the negative reviews because those people were obviously just not clear about what they wanted and you also can't treat every nail salon like it's high end! They are a very respectable family owned business and work hard! But the more complicated nails would be hard for anyone! A young girl came in one day when i was there wanting a detailed image on each individual nail! They aren't Pinterest yall. Not a single place in town can do that kind of work!Service: Dip powder

We've been coming here for quite a while and have always had a wonderful experience; Simon, Julie & Steven are incredibly talented and do a great job of working skillfully and expeditiously. Highly recommend their work! I've changed nail shapes a few times with no issues and get acrylic each time.

Danny was rude..accused me of touching my nails but was his fault for using the drill too much besides since when do dip nails need to dry while he goes outside for a cigarette..also used the file too hard and had 3 of my fingers bleeding...think I should have a refund...Services: Manicure
