This review is for Dupaco Insurance. (There is no Goolge page for the insurance division but it's located in this branch). We were notified via mail earlier this year that Dupaco is dropping IMT Insurance with no explanation. I then question why they were dropping IMT and was told it was because IMT's credit rating dropping which I felt was a lie/coverup. The agent never reached out to us with quotes or options on replacement. One week prior to our homeowner's liability expiring, our insurance agent emailed an application to move that coverage over to a new insurance carrier only because Dupaco got a call from our mortgage lender because they didn't know why they didn't get a bill for our homeowners insurance/escrow purposes. Not once it eight years did we ever meet our agent from Dupaco. They also never contacted us in all these years to re-evaluate policies. I pulled all of my insurance policies from Dupaco to other insurance agencies only to find out that we were under-insured. Also, I was able to keep IMT auto Insurance with another insurance agency, they've been a great carrier for us for years.I do not bank or use this credit union and never will after my disgust with the insurance division. We only ended up with Dupaco because we had an independent agent (who we met in person) that went to Dupaco briefly before he retired. We were then passed off to a new agent (again he never met us in person or reached out on insurance needs in 8 years)!

I would NEVER recommend anyone to get a loan through them. They do not care if you’re off work for any reason. Off work because my daughter was in the hospital, couldn’t help me, off work for maternity leave un paid and couldn’t help me. They email me if I’m late saying to call if I need help but can’t help me? Cool. Can not wait to pay them off so I never have to speak to them again. Very rude company. Because I didn’t get insurance on my loan that I wasn’t even offered. Thanks for nothing.

This Credit Union is a JOKE! After a huge hassle and plenty of red flags, I went against my better judgement and opened an account in NOVEMBER!Still no debit cards! I opened this account through a friend as a referral NEITHER she or I received that $50 they promise you!(yes I did ask about it and the woman ignored the question!) AGAIN, this credit union is a JOKE! Protect your money and stay away!!I will be closing my account this week because of all of this! If I could do negative stars I would do 5!

Even during Covid I lost my job last year. They've charged me over $400 in fees and it just keeps going. They used to care about how you felt, now it's just about the money. I fell behind on everything, I still can't pay rent, and am loosing my car. They STILL won't help, they keep calling me about my loans even though I told them I was struggling. I made a payment plan once and when I was able to make a payment to get completely caught up, the next day I fell 1 day behind and they already were calling me demanding money! They've ruined my financial well being. They've charged me so much in intrest and fees it's completely absurd. Probably in 2020 and 2021, I've spent nearly over $900 in fees.Worst bank ever. I'm completely happy at now AIM credit union. They at least treat me like a person.

Was a 20 year member with this bank. I emphasize was. I've never been treated so badly in my life. I've been out as trans for multiple years now and after updating them 5 times on the change i still get deadnamed everytime i call in. Then i was forced to get a last minute car load recently and was absolutely raked over the coals. I would have gotten a better rate at a PayDay Loan company. Any heart or soul this credit union used to have is apparently gone. And it saddens me to have to leave

Wow! Covid but STILL charging exorbitant fees. Must be HUNDREDS in fees, for a 60 day delinquency to be $3k. Not my account, but it is my $ and I would like to know how $350× 2 plus insurance is 3,000. Even landlords and assorted insurance companies are giving people a break on late fees and other charges designed to pad their accounts. If you'd told me I was going to owe a total of 5k instead of 2 k I to make fees stop id've surrendered it months ago. If you were a drink you'd be hotdog water
