Rented a 10x40 space from them for a year, and only did so because it was the only one available at the time. The building was metal as opposed to wood, which meant that there was no way to put up shelves or anything else, which meant that we had to buy stand alone shelving. This was probably intentional, but makes it less desirable from the renter's point on view. Also, no electrical outlets at all. Again, probably intentional, but other storage places have had them and they make a lot of things much easier. On the plus side, they were very easy to work with.
