We ordered the mattress on a Sunday and a little over a week later it was built and delivered. The delivery guys were here when they said they would be and it took them less than 5 minutes to unload, carry down around the back of the house and set it up! Very impressed with the quality and delivery!

My disabled mother bought an adjustable bed and it was delivered today. Can't speak for the comfort until she uses it, but so far highly recommend them for their great service and very good customer support.

Great experience all around. We explained what we were looking for and how we tend to sleep, and they recommended a mattress in our price range. Didn't try to upsell us on a more premium mattress at all and was very low pressure and friendly. They also explained the great warranty that is included. Every mattress is built to order on-site. Took about a month to receive it, as they explained it was a busier time for them.Delivery was free and painless. The delivery guys were in and out in probably 5 mins or less, exchanging our old mattress for the new one. Very fast! The mattress itself is great. Was a little firmer than what was on the showroom floor, but it "breaks in" over time.

We had holy water on a corner shelf right on a landing in a very tight staircase going upstairs. The were very cautious and aware of the situation. They were friendly, and took great caution for our belongings. They did an excellent job above and beyond!! Thanks Ej and your workmate!!!

We purchased two different mattresses from Dubuque Mattress Factory and are very pleased with both of them. Pleasant staff to work with and delivery was on time with professional delivery staff. We will not go anywhere else!
