It's a bit expensive - they do have a decent selection. There is a unique and accurate scale/fortune teller machine when you first walk in. Pretty spot on - don't say that in a carpet store ???

Shopping for just what we wanted in large rugs. Amazing service and selection. Picked out just the ultra plush carpet we wanted in just the colors we wanted, from the huge selection of carpets available. Then they cut it to exactly the size we wanted and did a beautiful job of binding it! The perfect rug and pad without any sacrifice and wonderful treatment! Thank you very much!

We're in the process of building our third house and will only buy flooring from Dubuque Furniture and Flooring. This is a family owned and run business and the customer service cannot be beat. Wide range of products in all price ranges. Rob and Lisa are both very knowledgeable about their products and have great design ideas. We always find something unique at this store whether it be flooring, furniture or home decor. 3x customer:)

Rob was really great to work with....he just completed flooring in my new addition (kitchen and screen room floors plus my kitchen backsplash). It all turned out perfect...I love it. On my initial visit, he was very informative (showing me many options and walking me through pros and cons), the price was lower than other places, his staff was on time and did great clean up after the work. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
