I have had a range of experiences here. Their service department has, at different times earned five stars and two stars from me. They were able to do a quick diagnostic on my used NissanLeaf after I had purchased it. (elsewhere) a couple of years ago, and got me back on the road with no charge. Later, I went in with a rear window defroster that had stopped working; they attempted a repair which cost $200 - which was much less than replacing the window - but the repair did not work. Still cost me $200. They installed a ChaDeMo charger for EV's over a year ago. In March 2023, it still wasn't working, but they had ChargePoint coming "next week" to finish installation. As of August 2023, it is still not working. There are no ChaDeMo chargers in town for public use, so having one would be a game changer for those of us driving Nissan EV's. Alas.
