Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! I believe I mostly talked to a Nick and Dekker. They really knew what I was going for and did what they could to get me there. They handled a few very unexpected hiccups in an extremely patient and professional manner. They both really worked with me to ensure that what I was getting done would be satisfactory. They were also very helpful in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my computer at each stage of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to assist with upgrading my system. They even made sure to back everything up which definitely made me feel much more relaxed that all of my data was going to be safe one way or another when I got my computer back. I highly recommend that if you have any issue or just need an upgrade that you go here for professional quality services~!

I couldn't be happier! I went to DBQ Tech pretty unsure of what I needed. I told them what I was trying to do and they walked me through the whole process. I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need. If I ever need future help, I can call and speak to a real person.They took care of me and kept me informed. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Dekker and Nicole for the service and caring manner that they showed in helping a senior computer novice like myself. Their patience and quick and helpful service made my weekend. I had an issue with my MacBook Air, and within a day, they figured it out and got it up and working again. Professional, fast, and incredible customer service. I've lived in Dubuque for 20+ years, and this is the first time I've worked with these guys...and I guarantee that I'll go back to them again for any future needs. I had a pesky wireless adapter card that wasn't connecting to our router. Dekker was able to determine the problem and solve it an expedient fashion. This was after my ISP and router company were unable to fix the issue.
