Employees professional friendly and a smile and welcoming attitude. The pharmacist professional ready to answer any questions about meds and has a fun attitude. Customers experience long lines and waiting, employees not finding prescription, lost and tap on the counter for attention. Some customers seriously thinking about switching because of this.
