On our travels from Florida our RV steps stopped working. We called a few places and Couler Valley Valley RV was able to get us in asap and diagnose and fix the problem in a few hours. Great friendly service.

Older female was nothing but rude & lazy. Her 'tune' changed when she found out my family's wealth & that both my (separated) parents purchased from them multiple times. We will NOT be back.

MS. Karen, Doug and the entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the camper. They made sure that we were educated and equipped with everything we needed to start our journey as RV travelers. I will shop with them again and recommend them hands down.

We had a sudden repair needed, the host of our campsite suggested Couler Valley RV. We were welcomed to come over and park and plug while the part we needed arrived. The professionals here had us road ready in less then an hour despite their backlog of work. Great people make a great business.

We had a little break down on our brand new RV we had bought in Minneapolis.We called Couler and Doug was very friendly and helpful. He immediately ordered the part we needed and let us park in his lot overnight as we waited for it to come the next day.He was VERY helpful.Thank you Doug!!

Purchased a undisclosed water damaged camper from them. They never told us of this and found out through our Insurance company of previous water damage that totaled out the camper by the previous owners. And won’t insurance it. They won’t respond back to calls. Buyer beware. Check VIN number before purchasing from them. Check camper over really well before purchasing.

My husband and I are so impressed with the experience we had purchasing a travel trailer from Couler Valley. We walked in with our kids one day just to “look” and sure enough we found one that we wanted. It was nice to not feel any pressure from the sales team, but know that they were there if we needed them. They did a full inspection of the rig and then they gave us a thorough orientation on how to run everything. We will definitely be purchasing from them again as well as recommending them to everyone. They are also very family friendly!
