I walked in asking if they could help me with my son’s hair, which was a disaster to say the least. Just to be asked by a licensed beautician, what they were going to do with his hair or how they would get through it. She proceeded to put her fingers through my hair and say I don’t know what we would do with this. I even offered to take him home and cut it down and all I needed them to do was even it up and she still continue to tell me what I don’t know what we would do with this mind you my son is half black so I’m not sure if she meant she didn’t know what to do with his hair Because if I cut out the part that she claimed to have an issue with and all I needed her was to take her clippers and even it up there should have been no problem. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. If I could leave no stars I would I don’t know her name and I didn’t take the time to ask, but I do know that that was the most disrespectful rudest ridiculous way to handle walking in.

The lady went way to short on the top. Lady seemed so rushed and didn’t do my hair good I would highly recommend not goin to this place usually bad haircuts.Service: Haircut

Interaction with guests is great. Owned by sports cuts they do an okay job but they don't go above and beyond for the cut and hair ends up missing a few spots not feeling complete. handle hair lines/seems in the end. It would prefer Sports. They aren't as experienced it seems. Dyes/items are overpriced. Was told have to schedule before hand and down payments 50 just for my hair to be dyed 150?!? Just have someone who knows how to dye hair do it for you with a kit. They didn't have anyone there who did perms and was told to come back later for another appointment.

I picked this Cost Cutters because of good reviews. All the staff seem to work at making the customers happy and who doesn't want to look good. I am always pleased with my haircut.

Arrogant elderly stylist with the highlights was very rude to me for asking simply the name of the dye I was getting put in luckily the dye Job was decent I hope she gets fired what a gooberService: Hair coloring

Stylist did not engage in talking to the client at all. All 4 stylists were too busy talking amongst themselves. Less then 15 minute haircut, didn’t ask if I wanted it styled at all . Only time she talked me was to ask if it was short enough one time and I said a little bit shorter. Nothing after thatService: Haircut
