“What I like about JC Penney is the ability to order online and have my item sent to the store for pickup. The pickup process was easy -- someone kindly helped us from the first customer service desk we ran into. I found the best price on men's pajama pants during a sale (less cost than Sam's and Walmart). I think it is worth looking at Penny's (online is easier) when you are looking for the best price.”
