One of the main reasons I give this place a one star is because of how dirty the bathroom was when I was in there the other night. I will attach an image of what I saw. Sad how so many places have fallen into bad service, dirty stores and lack luster products over the last few years.

I ordered a pizza and it said that it would b done at 5 and as I got here they haven't even started my ordered and the woman behind the counter ware the pizza is made was very snippy and rude

Imagine losing a customer before they even purchase anything! I had the displeasure of trying to order a pizza and was met with an employee who seemed snappy, rude, and overall unprofessional altogether! Very displeased on how I was treated during this process and will not be giving my business to this caseys , or any other caseys for that matter, anymore , and will be highly recommending the people around me to stay away from this business ! I refuse to give my business to a business that hires rude and unprofessional people!

It is Sunday night and close to closing time but the staff, who might have been short handed (?) finished my pizza order (carry out) and made sure it was right. All while cleaning up and doing their thing as I grabbed a few extra things. Thank you!

We just got a couple of pizzas tonight and they were so good!!! They were hot and loaded with toppings and the guy working in the kitchen was so polite and even brought my pizzas out to my car for me while I was waiting for the pizza to finish cooking . I was very impressed. Definitely recommend getting pizza there.

Really good pizza! I do wish that they offered green olives as a topping choice. Also, when I order online, I immediately get an email confirming my order & estimated pickup time...it would be nice if their ordering system generated another email when the order was ready for pickup...just a suggestion...

Horrible service for first time ordering pizza here!! We got there and they couldn’t find our name for the order of a large pizza. So then they accuse us saying we went to the wrong Casey’s. I then went on my app and proved I was at the right one. Then they look it up and find it and they just didn’t print it out!! So we had to then wait another 30 mins for our pizza.

Love working here but pay could be more. I work night shift. I run around the store with my head cut off and when boss comes in in the morning if one thing isn't done I get the wrath. I pick up after 2nd shift plus help in the kitchen and make subs while running register. Friday and Saturday nights are swamped. When I have to use the restroom I hurry. Most times I hold it because otherwise customers stand at register like they been there all night when in reality it was a minute. When their is no subs and wraps in the round about when I come into work at 10pm I find the time to make them. Always running back and fourth. Caseys Definitely could pay and appreciate the employers more. Been working here for almost 2 years. Its a great place i shop here even on my days off. Some appreciation would be nice.

The indian looking guy scanned my drinks twice and charged me for them then when i said and showed him what he did on the receipt he denies it and says thats how the machine works...
