McGrath Chevrolet worked hard to get the interest rate I was comfortable with. Unfortunately my credit is not the best and we were unable to strike a deal. Great and friendly people. We were on our way for vacation and a check engine light came on. They let us sit and wait while trying to fix it while they are very busy. They even took us by shuttle to get a rental. We appreciate great customer service!!

Monique helped me buy a new car and she is wonderful! I didn't know much about the whole process, and going to a dealership can be intimidating, but she made it all so easy and got me into a car that I can afford and love! I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to go to her!

Very poor, unbelievably poor...customer service. Once you sign your paperwork and drive off the lot...I mean that literally, the “ treat you like family” means they treat you like the second cousin, once removed... our check engine light on our new vehicle ( as in 5 minutes new) came on as we drove off the lot. We were told to drive it and see what happens. Other issues soon followed, along with numerous “ I hear your upset” comments, but no real action and above all, no apology for the 4 trips back to their lot, and for the problems that their customer service caused. Will not be buying from them ever again, and have made it my mission to let everyone know how I feel. Even added a sticker to my car so people behind me in traffic will know what I think.

I purchased my Equinox at a dealership a few years early before Mcgrath Chevrolet bought the dealership from Bird Chevrolet, They treated me as if was a regular customer and took care of my problem. They were very good to me. Thank you Mike that waited on me.

I would definitely not recommend going here. My fiancé and I bought a car which was “factory certified”. A year and one month after we bought it my fiancé brought it in for an oil change while I was out of town. Next thing I know I get a call from my fiancé saying that the car needs between $700-1200 worth of repairs. I had my fiancé wait until I returned from my trip.
