On Sunday, I opened my laptop and it had somehow completely bricked itself. There was no getting it to run whatsoever. Sunday afternoon I had an appointment with an employee from the GeekSquad to take a look. This employee (I believe their name was Chai) was SO awesome. They took the time to try all of the "easy" fixes first before realizing that it wasn't an easy fix and my whole laptop needed to be wiped and re-downloaded. They let me know that this could be a 2-3 day fix but ensured me they would do their best to have it done ASAP. This employee was the only tech/help desk employee they had on staff at the time and was managing to assist multiple of us at a time. My laptop was fixed in a timely manner. To Chai, THANK YOU.

Worst experience of my life! Tried to buy a 65" tv online. Find out after that they offer free delivery on this product. Tried to contact store at local phone # and get put to call center. After being on phone for almost 1 hour was finally told that store does not answer calls! Had to cancel order s could not wait 3-4 days for delivery. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund!

Just had new washer delivered yesterday, it is a Whirlpool WTW4957PW. Just two of us, so we replaced our Whirlpool front loader with lots of features with this more basic version. I give 5 stars for the delivery personnel, they were very efficient and professional. High marks there. Only reason for 4 star is the washer- its a little glitchy so far, sometimes you have to press the start button once, sometimes 2 or even 3 times. Other than that, it works through the cycles. If the washer settles down and starts consistently, I will raise the review to 5 stars.

Decent. Layout is a bit wierd and hard to find stuff but the staff is friendly. Went for collectible cards and they were kind of just piled up behind the registers, but the staff was helpful.

After purchasing a new 75-in TV and paying $270 for the geek squad to come over and hook it up to my existing sound system I was told I needed to go back and spend more money for more components to have it done correctly. After hundreds of dollars more spent, the geek squad was supposed to come back and finish the install, but never did and I gave them carte Blanche at their convenience. Myself and my family will never set foot in Best Buy or hire the geek squad ever again. Unacceptable business practice.

I ordered a curbside pickup of a 65" tv. Two young men brought it out for me in the cold and loaded it, and made sure everything was secure. I offered them a tip, but they refused and walked away. These young men were fabulous and I would love to give them a tip of some sort. If you could contact me and let me know their names, I would appreciate your help. I couldn't have done it without them! I was there at about 4:30. Very polite and professional.

EDIT: Changing from 3 stars down to 2. STOP AUTO REPLYING ON MESSAGES TO PRETEND YOU CARE ABOUT FEEDBACK. IF YOU CAN'T BOTHER TO ACTUALLY READ YOUR FEEDBACK, THEN DON'T REPLY. If you care to prove me wrong, start your reply by saying "I actually did read your comment." Then I'll change it to a 4 star rating. Otherwise, take a hike.
The perfect middle-ground rating for Best Buy, because if you go there in-person, the people there are friendly and helpful. They're upfront and honest about different products and brands, and what some of each one's pros and cons are. Even if you go in there for something specific, they might recommend something that works even better than what you had in mind.
But if you're unlucky enough to have to deal with their phone team, you'd better luck talking to a wall.
Because at least a wall won't...
1. Pretend to listen to you when it's really not.
"Hey, I'm having Problem A." "Oh, so you're experiencing Problem C?" "No, I'm having Problem A. Here's an explanation of exactly what's going on." "Okay, so I'll try to paraphrase what you just said in a way that isn't the problem you're having at all." "No... that's not it..." "Let me transfer you three different times, each time assuring you that "this is the person who can help you"."
2. Lie to you.
"Hey, my product didn't come with Part X." "Sorry, but that product doesn't come with Part X." "I'm looking at the listing on the website right now and it specifically says it comes with Part X." "Oh... ... please hold while I transfer you for the fourth time."
3. Walk away when you're not done.
"Oh, so you're having problem A? Well let's try a bunch of stuff anyone with an IQ higher than their age would have already tried for 2 hours. I can clearly see that Problem A is still very clear and present and has not been affected by anything I've done while I was trying to look busy. But I'm going to say that I've helped you, and hang up before you have a chance to speak and without giving you a chance to even say "Hey, I'm still having that same problem I called you about 2 hours ago." Goodbye."
4. Pretend to want feedback and then not give you the chance to actually give it.

I had questions about tablets, and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. He was the only worker who approached me the whole 30 minutes I was in the store.
