Primarily I take company trucks here, I watched the guys change my tires, and can tell you the job was done right, tires balanced on my semi truck, and torqued properly, quick efficient and friendly these guys go above the call.

Called to get emergency roadside service after hours and after an hour called back and they informed me they don’t take store accounts, cash, card or check after hours. Sooo they’re basically not open for after hours emergency service even though they won’t admit it. Terrible waste of time

Called the after hours number at 11pm and setup a road service call. After an hour waiting for the tech I call back and the rep says she talked to the tech who said they don’t take charge accounts or credit cards after hours, and they don’t take cash or check. So really you’re not open for roadside service after hours....here i am at 9am finally up and rolling and $3k less for the week due to lost loads but the tech that showed up this morning was fantastic, quick and super helpful. This guy deserves to be a manager.
